A new word...

Open Software are gaining much popularity
now a days..The peculiarity of such software are
that the End Users can make amendments to such
software as they wish..LINUX is a good example..

But what about Open Languages?
Can a language be considered OPEN?

If it is , it is fine to add new words to such a
lively language like English or to make amendments ..
That is what Sarah Palin, the possible next president
of U.S , did...
In her tweet she urged the peaceful Muslims of
America to REFUDIATE their plan to build a mosque
near Ground Zero where the WORLD TRADE CENTER, which
was devastated in 9/11 attack, stood.

Actually she typed the word "refudiate" that is a
mixture of refute and repudiate.
American Bloggers noted the matter and the word became
famous....
However, the tweet was deleted by Mrs. Palin soon.
But why?
It may be because of the fear of humiliation....

The chances of declaring ENGLISH ,an OPEN LANGUAGE
should be considered..
If so the first word to be introduced new should be
PALINIATE named after Mrs. Sarah Palin.
